Unternehmens Invest AG (UIAG) was founded in 1990 as Austrian Private Equity Partner for medium size and larger companies with a turnover of approximately €30 m or more.
 
Since 1992 UIAG was listed at the Prime Market of the Vienna Stock Exchange and has an impressive track record.
 
With effect of 22 March 2010 the Unternehmens Invest AG (UIAG) was transferred from the prime market segment to the mid market of the Vienna Stock Exchange, Wiener Börse AG, where the share is continuously traded.

UIAG is one of the major suppliers on Austrian capital market and has successfully accompanied the intital public offerings of well-known Austrian comanies.
